Welcome to my page! I'm Mia Coats, an aspiring journalist and strong communicator who works to create community and grow as a person. Highly organized and detail-oriented, I'm a graduate from the Colorado State University seeking a position in the Journalism and Communications field. I served as an intern for Hearts & Horses Marketing and Social Media department and I have strong web, social media, writing and video skills. I've also worked in elderly and pet care.
Personally, I am a bubbly individual who works hard to improve and engage with the world. I am a lover of animals, hiking and was previously on the Collegiate track team at CSU. I also suffer from an autoimmune disorder that has turned me into a more humble and whole human being.
Professionally, I am a hard and dedicated worker. I strive to go the extra mile and make each piece of work I do. I have Digital Promotion Management Experience, WordPress Experience, MailChimp Experience and Premiere Pro Experience. I am Mimic Pro Certified, Google Ads Certified, and Hootsuite Certified.
